We take great pride in our impeccable safety department. Our safety department uses a proactive approach combining a detailed safety program with behavioral programs and training programs to keep our team and yours safe. Trey hasn’t had a single OSHA incident in over 8 years.

Founded by Eddie Tholcken, Trey Industries actually got its start in 1964 as Southwest Industrial Construction. Southwest Industrial was rebranded to meet the needs of a larger target audience and is now a leader in industrial general contracting services along the Gulf Coast of Texas.

It takes something unique like consistent management since 1964 to build something as great as Trey Industries. Today, their reputation is outstanding in the multiple industries as well as the local community. Today, operated by Eddies’s son, Edward “Sonny” Tholcken, Trey has two locations in Texas City, Texas and Deer Park, Texas.

The Trey Industries management team is proud to say they use their own staffed craftsmen to complete their work. They don’t outsource or subcontract unless it is absolutely necessary, and they always work with trusted partners so you can experience the same quality general contracting services that Trey Industries has provided over the last 30 plus years.
